Production control

With our independent software solution, we give structural steel fabricators more control over their production and machines. With our experience we can facilitate that everyone can create the right files or documents for their production.

This is not limited to automated CNC machines from the likes of Voortman or Ficep. We can create the DSTV+ or PNI files for these machines to operate more efficiently. For the manual saw machines, we generate a cut list. Where it normally takes precious time, we generate the correct file and list within seconds.

With our integrated mobile solution, the office can track real time the progress of each batch in the production process.

Purchasing and stock

To optimize the workflow in the office we added crucial elements for the process in our preparation Suite. From our nesting solution you can directly create a Bill of Materials and purchase orders. These orders can be managed in the office or digitally with the help of our mobile solution. Delivery’s and Picking are digitized and automatically stored with or mobile suite.

Because all the purchasing flows through our system we can keep track of your stock. With the combination of Purchase and Production in one system we can see what there is on stock and what there is available for the production. This gives you the tools to minimize your waste.

Bar nesting

The web-based software solution Bar nesting is part of the Preparation Suite. With the skew bar nesting and angular bar nesting functionality, both the material waste percentage can be reduced, and the setup time of the sawing machine can be minimized.
