Optimal use of ConstruSteel

Some time ago, Van Ee Staalspecialisten started an optimization process in collaboration with ConstruSteel. During an optimization process, the various business processes are analyzed and it is examined how the software can connect to them as best as possible. In addition, the way in which ConstruSteel’s software solutions are used and where this can be improved is also examined. Albert Morren, Controller and IT Manager at Van Ee Staalspecialisten says: “We have been using ConstruSteel’s software solutions for many years and over time we have developed our own working method in the system. This method did not always work well and we did not make full use of the possibilities that ConstruSteel offers. In addition, the design of the software no longer matched the current design of the various processes and a lot of ‘pollution’ had arisen in the system. Reason enough to join forces and jointly take a critical look at the various processes, the software design and software use.”

More insight and overview and a more pleasant working method

ConstruSteel’s consultants got to work, initiating an intensive process. They mapped out the various processes, cleaned up the systems, and provided training on using the software. Albert Morren said, “We analyzed all processes and collaborated to identify ways to do things better and smarter. Working with the consultants was very enjoyable. We’re thrilled with the final results! Now that all processes have been redesigned and we’re using ConstruSteel more effectively, we have much more oversight and insight. We’re now using ConstruSteel as intended. This helps us make the right choices and the work is much more enjoyable. We’re extremely happy with the results of the optimization process and can look forward to benefiting from this for years to come!”
